Good bands for fitness training. The width is 5 cm and it is a little narrow. The Heavy and X-Heavy bands could have a different width to be more confortable.

Very good products I loved the only problem was that I thought the purple 30 would be bad to run the exercise more cheated was to have caught the 50 that the case would be the black more… Had no problem because put the three ribbons yellow, blue and purple has to make a good lead

The ridges came quickly, somewhere for 2 weeks before the krasnodar territory. I have been engaged with them for a month, i like them, the material is pleasant, there were no significant deformations yet, if i’m going through with rimi for six months-i will be happy, for such money you can order more. During the coaching i realized that i will soon need a black rubber band, while it comes, i will just be ready for it, getting the beginners this set is what you need. I use yellow for hands and back, the rest on the legs/buttocks. Changes in the figure in the positive direction are noticeable.
